We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express overnight shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, you can return it in its original, unworn condition with all tags and protective films intact for a full refund.

Do the watches come with a warranty?

Every watch purchased from WATCH IT! comes with a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering internal movement defects. Some luxury brands may offer extended coverage up to 5 years.

Can I have the watch band resized before shipping?

To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for resizing. However, we do include a complimentary link removal tool with most stainless steel bracelet models so you can adjust them at home.
